You are permitted to use such material and/or content only as expressly authorised by us (or our licensors). We try to ensure that all pricing is accurate but occasionally an error may occur and goods may be incorrectly priced. Any errors are wholly unintentional and we apologies if erroneous information is reflected in the price or availability. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price. We have made every effort to display the products featured as accurately as possible. The technical steps required to create the contract between you and us for online purchases are as follows:
a) You place the order for your products on our Website by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Website.
b) We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Peg Perego.
c) As your product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a dispatch confirmation email.
d) Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the Products ordered.
e) You will be separately notified in the event that we do not accept your order, or where you have otherwise cancelled your order.
f) A contract is formed between us when (and not before) we dispatch your order.
By placing an order with us you agree that:
a) Any information provided by you will be true, accurate, current and complete
b) You are the authorised holder of any credit or debit card you may use on the website
c) You will notify us immediately of any changes to any information you have submitted to the website
e) You will only use the material on the website for your personal use only, and not for any commercial purpose whatsoever
f) By clicking Confirm Order you are confirming your acceptance of these terms and conditions and that you are giving us permission to pre authorise your account upon order and debit your account upon dispatch.
g) E-mails sent will be deemed as read, it is your responsibility to ensure that the email address supplied is accurate and capable of receiving our e-mails
h) You have read and accept all terms and conditions including in particular the terms in relation to Price and Promotions, Shipping and Delivery, Contract Cancellation, Returns and Refunds and Data Protection.
i) Products are for family domestic use only
Products are provided for personal, domestic and private use only.
If we reasonably believe that you are buying products from us with the intention of reselling them or in circumstances where it appears that bulk buying, reselling, drop-shipping or repeated orders for the same item/s are occurring, we may:
a) Refuse to accept your order; or
b) Cancel your order; or
c) Accept your order subject to agreeing additional or alternative terms with you (see below); and
d) Treat your order as though you are buying products in the course of your business.
In such circumstances, any rights that are granted only to a ‘consumer’ under consumer protection legislation shall not apply to you.
Additional and alternative terms which shall apply to such orders shall include:
a) Consumer rights to cancel the contract within 14 days shall not apply;
b) Our 28 days goodwill returns policy shall not apply;
c) If the products are faulty or misdescribed, you may return them to us within 7 days. Where you use our returns service, you shall be charged the postage or other cost of returning any products to us (even where those products are faulty or misdescribed). We shall also charge you a reasonable handling fee for processing your return. Returns received after 7 days will not be processed.
d) You will not be permitted to order products which are subject to promotions or special offers.
We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time but, in respect of any ordered goods, the terms and conditions which apply shall be those which the customer has accepted when an order has been placed. Once an order is placed customers are deemed to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions. Any errors regarding website based information, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other documentation or information issued by us may be subject to correction without any liability on our part.
All prices include VAT and are subject to change without prior notice.
The price displayed at time of purchase is the price you will pay and will in general not be affected by price increases or decreases. We are unable to offer a discounted price should the price of an item decrease after you make your purchase.
We deliver to all mainland UK addresses and Northern Ireland.
Please note at this point we do not offer an online sales & delivery service to Ireland. Our standard delivery service will ensure that your goods arrive at your delivery address within 1 to 5 working days of placing the order. Please allow up to 7 working days for deliveries to Northern Ireland. In the majority of cases you will receive a text message from the courier to notify you of a 1 hour delivery window, which can be amended if not convenient, by following the couriers text instructions. Therefore please ensure your contact number is correct when placing your order.
For Clarity, working days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or bank holidays.
Standard Delivery for orders over £50.00 is free (Orders below £50.00 will incur a £5.50 carriage charge).
Usually everything displayed on our site as “Item Available” is in stock and available for immediate delivery. In the unlikely event that any ordered goods are not readily available to us, we reserve the right to cancel your order. You will receive an email notification of any order cancellation as a result of no stock being available confirming that any pre-authorisation has been released and/or payment refunded for the goods in question, in line with our Payment Terms. To the extent that the out of stock item forms part of a larger order, all other goods ordered by the customer will be dispatched in the normal way.
Due to the quick turnaround of orders we are unable to amend an order once it has been placed. Customers must ensure they check their order carefully before submitting it.
Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided that you exercise your right and notify us no longer than 14 working days after the day on which you receive the Products.
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract we will refund the original purchase price and delivery charge, provided that you have notified us in writing no longer than 14 working days after the day on which you receive the Products, that you have taken reasonable care of the Products and they remain unused and unopened. Please see our Returns policy for further details.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
We are happy to exchange or refund goods if returned within 28 days of purchase, provided the goods are unused, unopened, in their original condition and packaging with all materials, manuals and accessories intact. All returns must be accompanied with your order reference number.
• Unwanted items
Simply return your unwanted item within 28 days of receipt unused, unopened, in its original condition and packaging, your return must be in a re-sellable condition. All returns must be accompanied by your dispatch confirmation email including your order reference number. You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us and must ensure that they are returned in protective packaging. Where an item is damaged or returned otherwise than as per our stated requirements above, we reserve the right to refuse redress.
• Refunds on unwanted items
Once the unwanted item is received back to the warehouse it will be checked and granted it meets our return policy conditions we will then offer a refund for this item. Refunds will be applied to the payment method that was used to purchase the item.
Note - You should receive notification of your refund within 10 working days after your parcel has been returned. If you have not received notification of your refund within 10 working days, pleasen contact us (see below)
• Damaged or Faulty Items
We strive to ensure all your purchases reach you in perfect condition. If you receive a delivery and the item is damaged please refuse the delivery.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, you may return this item to us in accordance with your statutory rights.
In all cases, items will be inspected and if confirmed as faulty we will issue a suitable form of redress (replacement/repair/refund).
If an item is not deemed faulty following inspection, then we are unable to offer a replacement or refund. A reason will be given as to why the product is in dispute. We will return such items to the customer at the customer’s cost.
In dispute items will be retained by us for 30 days from the date of notification to the customer that no fault has been found and may be destroyed by us after this time where the cost of re-shipping the item to the customer has not been received.
• Returning Incorrect Items
Upon delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to check the contents of their packages and inform us of any discrepancies at the earliest opportunity.
Please note that some items may be dispatched in an outer carton that differs in description to that of the items ordered. Where you have received the incorrect items, we will arrange collection of the incorrect items on a date suitable for you within 7 days of the correct item being delivered. Where the correct item has been delivered and the incorrect item has not been collected or otherwise returned to us, then you will be liable for the cost of the incorrect item(s).
• Forms of Redress
The acceptable forms of redress for any online return are a repair, replacement or a refund.
• Cooling Off Period
There is a cooling off period of 14 days during which you have the right to cancel your order. You must provide notice of cancellation no later than 14 days after the receipt of goods by contacting our Customer Service Dept by emailing email@example.com or by phone 01484 910015 (Customer Service Dept is available between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).
We will refund the original purchase price and delivery charge provided that the goods are returned to us in their original condition. Where the returned/cancelled item forms part of a larger order all of which is not being returned, the original delivery charge will continue to apply.
• Arranging a Collection/Return

We aim to process all refunds as quickly as possible. During our busy season (October through to December) please allow up to 14 working days for refunds and replacements to be processed. All refunds will be made using the same card used to place the order online.
The customers' statutory rights are not affected.
Please note that the time taken to process a refund and/or release any pre-authorisation taken on your card may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider, it can take up to 7 days. This processing time is completely outside of our control and any delay is not on the part of Peg Perego.
We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct.
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit
All Peg Perego Products are supplied with a 2 year guarantee
Peg Perego products (with exception of batteries) are guaranteed for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing faults and material defects when the product is used correctly according to the manufacturer’s instructions. The manufacturer’s warranty is not transferrable, only the original purchaser can make a claim.

Proof of purchase is required to claim on the warranty. This shall not affect your statutory rights.
We endeavour to hold fabric and co-ordinating components for the duration of the warranty period. If specific colours are not available then a co-ordinating fabric will be used. Fabrics may fade and discolour slightly during normal use and we cannot guarantee that replacements will be an exact match to original components.
The manufacturer’s warranty covers the following• All manufacturing defects relating to our wheeled goods range, accessories, car seats, highchairs and toys.
The warranty does not cover
• Damage caused by normal wear and tear
• Abnormal Use
• Corrosion or rust on the wheels and chassis due to extreme environmental conditions, including high humidity, salt spray, ice or snow or due to insufficient maintenance.
• Incorrect assembly or the installation of a third party part or accessory not compatible with the original design.
• Accidental or intentional damage, abuse or neglect.
• Improper storage and care of the product
• Damage to handle bar grips or fabrics as a result of normal handling and daily use.
• If purchased second hand or from an unauthorised reseller.
• When the product has not been used for normal use and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
• If a repair or modification has been carried out by an unauthorised party or if the product has been dismantled with no authorisation from Peg Perego.
• Airline/Transport damage: check carefully your Peg Perego product after it has been handled by the airline (or other transporters) and submit the claim directly to them.
User Comments, Feedback and other Submissions
If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by E Mail, by post, or otherwise (collectively, “comments”), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation
1) To maintain any comments in confidence
2) To pay compensation for any comments

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Peg Perego and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third-party due to arising out of your breach of these Terms & Conditions or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
The interpretation, construction, effect and enforceability of this agreement shall be governed by English Law, and you and we agree to submit ti the jurisdiction of the English courts for the determination of disputes.
